03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the suhagame Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all suhagame accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on suhagame. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. suhagame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Non-Transferability: Your suhagame account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify suhagame immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat.

suhagame reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on suhagame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Accepted Payment Methods: suhagame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods only:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (where supported)

Deposit Terms: Deposits are credited to your suhagame account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. suhagame does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Terms: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC). You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. suhagame aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within the same business day and bank transfers within one business day, though processing times may vary. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. suhagame reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to you in advance.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

suhagame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to verification of account status and identity.
• Each promotion will specify its own wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. Players must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.
• suhagame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

06 Gameplay & Fair Play

All games available on the suhagame Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following terms govern gameplay on suhagame:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on suhagame's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, suhagame will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed system error may be voided and stakes returned at suhagame's discretion.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. suhagame is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by suhagame at any time.

suhagame does not guarantee any specific outcome, return-to-player rate, or winning result for any individual player or session. All gaming involves risk, and players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the suhagame Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward suhagame staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the suhagame Platform or its underlying software;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

08 Responsible Gaming

suhagame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to keep their gaming activity safe and enjoyable. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all suhagame accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the suhagame Platform may request self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period and will be enforced across all suhagame services.
• Age Restriction: suhagame strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine law. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the suhagame Platform — including but not limited to the suhagame name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of suhagame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from suhagame;
• Use the suhagame name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of suhagame's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by suhagame.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, suhagame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond suhagame's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or Platform content.

The suhagame Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit suhagame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

suhagame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data on suhagame include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement;
• suhagame does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements;
• suhagame implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your data from unauthorized access.

12 Suspension & Termination

suhagame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 07;
• At the request of regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with suhagame's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may also close your suhagame account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the suhagame Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact suhagame's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent suhagame from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.

For gaming-related complaints, players may also refer matters to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) through its official complaint channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

suhagame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, suhagame will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the suhagame Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, or updates required by law — may be made without advance notice.
